CEREMONY & RECEPTION COORDINATION
• Avail to Couple who need advice, ideas and vendor referrals along the way as needed
• Attend Menu Tasting if available to provide advice, do a walk through of the wedding location and assist with set up and flow of the event
• Review all vendor proposals and contracts as needed to provide suggestions or advice
• Meet with Couple and all vendors at least 2 weeks prior or on date agreed upon between both parties to make
Wedding Day arrangements and to set a schedule of events that will be distributed to all of your vendors
• Contact all vendors 3 days prior to confirm times and locations
• Contact vendors again the day prior to reconfirm times and locations
• Ensure both ceremony and reception site are set up completely and accurately prior to start time.
• Together with the ushers Assist the with seating plans and handing out of programs
• Work directly with Clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other vendors in coordinating the event as well as make sure event runs smoothly and timely
• Line up all family and wedding party for processional
• Emergency items will be on hand if needed
• Place all favors and any other personal items
• Alphabetize and place seating place cards, arrange table numbers, and place menus
• Make sure all events such as meal, first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc. occur according to schedule
• Help with placement of all gifts and wedding items to their pre-arranged location at conclusion of event
